WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Southern Colorado. Join a collaborative team and help patients improve mobility and function with a permanent, full-time position.

Eligible candidates may be newer graduates with a Colorado PT license and a passion for patient-centered care. The role offers a pay range of $38–$53 per hour, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, retirement matching, life and disability insurance, education benefits, and wellness

Qualifications

• Current Colorado physical therapist license required.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to adapt plans to neuromuscular and cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide care for neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular conditions.
• Implement therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve, and restore function.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness with physicians and healthcare teams.
