Qualifications

• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Texas license or ability to begin licensing promptly.
• CPR certification.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and other professionals.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively.
• A self-starter with a growth mindset and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy assessment and treatment to patients.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
