HealthPro Heritage seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time position in our long-term care facility in Billings, Montana. You will assess patients, design and implement therapy plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions including mobility, strength and flexibility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and education for home programs.
• Maintain accurate evaluations, progress notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
