Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• Certification in Basic Life Support/CPR required.
• Minimum one year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred.

• Evaluate patients' medical history, assess abilities, and develop individualized treatment plans.
