Job summary

Empower Physical Therapy Group in Mason, Michigan seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to restore function and mobility in a patient-centered setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adherence to standards, and ongoing professional development. A DPT or equivalent and MI licensure are required or pending eligibility.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to clinic policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
