Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant for an open position at the VA home in Reserve, LA. You will provide quality patient care and be a team player in a long-term care setting.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistant or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.
