Job summary

Taylor Community is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team at two lakeside NH campuses—Laconia and Meredith.

As part of our two-campus role, you will implement the plan of care, document progress, and collaborate with therapists across both locations. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for direct applicants only.

Active state licensure is required along with an accredited PTA degree and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Active state license and national board certification required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement the plan of care as directed by the RPT and physician.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with therapy staff across two campuses (Laconia and Meredith).
