Job summary

The Glebe Retirement Community in Daleville, VA is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. The role involves screening, evaluating, and updating plans of care under physician supervision, with opportunities across independent living, rehab, and skilled nursing services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and re-evaluate patients; discharge planning and plan revisions under physician supervision.
• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services across rehab services.
• Collaborate with therapy team to support independence and skilled nursing goals.
