Job summary

Functional Pathways' Williamsport Home in Williamsport, PA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the therapy team on a full-time basis. The PT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans and revise care under physician supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate), an active state license, and demonstrates strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Supervision of PT Assistants may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
