Qualifications

• Must have Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Must hold an active PT license in the practicing state.
• New graduates welcome where applicable.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Foreign-trained applicants must have credentials deemed substantially equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, and functional mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs.
