Job summary

The Meadows of Napa Valley in Napa, CA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and revise plans of care under physician supervision to support residents' rehabilitation needs.

Required: degree in physical therapy, active state license, and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Prior experience with rehabilitation disciplines and knowledge of our policies is preferred.
