The Manor in Freehold, NJ is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic therapy team. You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and revise care plans under physician supervision, delivering patient-centered rehab in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Screening, certifications, and licensure as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and revise care plans under physician supervision.
• Work within a senior living setting to deliver patient-centered physical therapy.
• Ensure compliance with Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
