• Reports to school office 15 minutes prior to start of the school day to pick up materials and schedule.
• Carries out the prescribed lesson plans left by teachers.
• Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for students.
• Maintains a safe and orderly classroom.
• Takes attendance according to procedures.
• Ensures students are never left unattended.
• Follows emergency and safety procedures.
• Follows school procedures and regulations.
• Writes daily memos to teachers reporting on lessons and students.
• Writes restorative intervention referrals as needed.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
