Job summary

CRG in Greensboro, NC is seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide clinic-based evaluations and treatment for children in a busy outpatient setting.

Requirements include a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology and NC licensure; CFY candidates are welcome. Feeding experience is a plus, and Spanish/English bilinguals are preferred but not required. Treats in-person at the clinic with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology required (SLP).
• NC license for Speech-Language Pathology required; CFY considered.
• Feeding therapy experience preferred; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document pediatric patient’s communication status using observations, caregiver report, and standardized testing.
• Develop a treatment plan integrating family values, child deficits, and clinical guidelines.
• Document progress toward goals and provide therapy addressing sensory, motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development.
• Collaborate with PT/OT and other professionals to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
• Follow ASHA guidelines to evaluate and treat pediatric patients; expand clinical knowledge.
