FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide, including Surprise, AZ. The role offers an hourly wage of $15.25 to $18.00 plus potential commission on transactions.

Earned Wage Access and comprehensive benefits are available to eligible employees. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Minimum age 18 and HS diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport to recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Keep sales floor clean and stocked; maintain displays.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to procedures.
• Answer calls and explain pawn/buy transaction basics.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete training and other duties as assigned.
