Qualifications

• Ten (10) years driving experience operating passenger car, van or bus.
• One (1) year experience in a patient field, preferred.
• Experience working with substance abuse or behavioral health patients, preferred.
• Current Georgia Driver's License with: no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years; no multiple violations for driving without insurance; no more than 2 accidents in 3 years; no DUI or DWI in past 7 years.
