American Academy of Ophthalmology is seeking a comprehensive Ophthalmologist in Columbia, Maryland, preferably glaucoma fellowship trained or interested in on-site glaucoma training. This busy, 16-year-old practice includes a glaucoma specialist and an optometrist, with surgeries performed at a local center.
The ideal candidate loves glaucoma management (medical and surgical), has a positive attitude toward learning, and is patient-centered and hardworking.
Looking for a full time/part time Comprehensive Ophthalmologist ( preferably Glaucoma fellowship trained or interested in on-site Glaucoma training) for a small but busy practice in Columbia, Maryland. The practice is 16 years old and growing. The practice consists of a full time Glaucoma specialist and a part time Optometrist. We have an office with 7 exam rooms, LASER and testing rooms and top of the line equipment. Surgeries are performed at a local surgery center ( Howard County General Hospital Ambulatory Surgery Center).
Columbia, Maryland is a planned city, known for it's excellent school system, diverse culture and flourishing/growing community. We are 30 minutes from Baltimore and 45 minutes from Washing ton D.C.
