Pediatric Home Service is seeking RNs and LPNs to deliver 1:1 pediatric nursing in the home. You will support medically complex children with trach, vent, and g-tubes across St. Paul, MN with overnight shifts and weekend blocks.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN required (licensure must be active).
• Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn ventilator, trach and g-tube care.

Responsabilités

POSITION

  • Overnights Every other Monday - Sunday 10-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: Infant with trach, vent, and a g-tube

  • Overnights Saturdays 12-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: 5 years old with trach, vent, and a g-tube

• Location: St. Paul, MN (55113)
  • Overnights Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sundays 9-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: Infant with trach, vent, and a g-tube

Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.

• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
