We are a leading private duty home care agency in Hanover, Pennsylvania, providing non-medical in-home care for seniors and disabled adults in Adams and York Counties. We are dedicated to supporting our caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating for elderly or recovering patients
• Remind clients to take medication, assist with ambulation, and support physical therapy exercises
• Help with mobility, transportation, meal planning, shopping, and housekeeping
• Act quickly in emergencies and report any client changes or incidents

Qualifications

• Availability to work every other weekend
• Enjoy working one-on-one, eager to learn and improve skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass background checks and competency exams or hold CNA certification
• Compassionate, supportive, with a high school diploma or equivalent
