Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced PMHNP to join our outpatient team in Valleydale, Birmingham, Alabama. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with strong physician collaboration and structured clinical support.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of PMHNP experience in Alabama, an active Alabama APRN license, and an active DEA license at start date. Join a collaborative, clinician-led practice with excellent work-life balance and a robust referral network.

• Board-Certified PMHNP with Alabama practice eligibility.
• Minimum of 1 year PMHNP experience practicing in Alabama required.
• Active Alabama APRN license required.
• Active DEA license required at start date.

Responsabilidades

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide medication management and ongoing outpatient psychiatric care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for mental health conditions.
• Treat a broad range of adult psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in shared weekend call rotation.
