Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Buffalo, New York. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, analyzing their medical history and performing specialized assessments to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results clearly to both patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in goal-setting and the treatment process.
• Implement, monitor, and adjust treatment protocols based on patient presentations and evolving healthcare needs, demonstrating proficiency in a range of therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care, recognizing changes in patient conditions that may necessitate modifications to treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient progress, including comprehensive notes on evaluations, plans of care, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in departmental meetings and community outreach programs, enhancing the visibility and accessibility of our rehabilitation services.
• Actively contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives, including compliance with clinical guidelines and accreditation standards.
• Pursue opportunities for professional development, including serving as a clinical instructor to students in physical therapy programs.

Compensation and Benefits
