Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation techniques, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals, patient goals, and clinical findings
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation modalities appropriate to the patient's condition and treatment plan
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to support recovery and functional improvement
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, post-operative rehabilitation, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) system
• Communicate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, patients, and family members regarding treatment plans and patient progress
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and safety requirements
• Support a positive, team-oriented, and patient-focused clinical environment
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities as appropriate
• Perform additional clinical duties as assigned
