Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. in Hopedale, Ohio, is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our post-acute rehabilitation team.

This full-time role focuses on helping patients improve independence, mobility and everyday functioning under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You will support ADLs, strength, coordination and functional tasks, collaborate with therapists and nursing staff, and maintain accurate clinical records while delivering patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain timely clinical records.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that supports positive outcomes.
