Job summary

Menards is hiring an Order Pick Up & Delivery Team Member in Minnesota. The role focuses on delivering excellent Customer Service by assisting customers with online orders, organizing deliveries, and preparing products for pickup or delivery on the sales floor.

Immediate openings are available in a fast-paced retail environment. The position offers full-time hours with additional weekend pay and benefits, including a store discount, profit sharing, flexible scheduling, medical and dental plans,

Responsibilities

• Order Pick Up & Delivery Team Members prepare products for customer pick-ups and/or deliveries.
• Assist customers with online order pick up, shopping needs, and guidance on the sales floor.

$21.00/hr Full-Time + $3/hr Weekends | Weekly Pay | Hiring Immediately

*This includes $2 seasonal incentive from 05/24/2026 to 09/12/2026
