Job summary

Compass Group USA, in partnership with Canteen, is hiring an Order Builder in Hickory, NC. This full-time role requires no prior experience; training will be provided. Schedule is Monday through Friday; hours may vary.

Location: Canteen, 3050 Tate Boulevard Se, Hickory, NC 28602. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with an internal referral bonus available. As an Order Builder, you will pull, pick and stack orders, using smart technology to determine quantities.

Responsibilities

• Pick fast & pick easy – our smart technology knows exactly how much you need to grab so you will too.
• Trash what’s damaged – if it’s popped, beaten, or uneatable, you’ll be the one to toss it.
• Skip the gym – you’ll be regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. per day.
