Compass Group USA’s Canteen division in Dover, DE is hiring for an Order Builder on a full-time schedule, Sunday through Thursday, with a 2:30 pm start time. The fixed pay rate is $21.10 per hour and online applications are accepted only.

As an Order Builder, you will pull, pick and stack deliverables, providing guests with the items they crave and keeping a hardworking team focused on the communities we serve. You’ll regularly lift up to 50 lbs and contribute to a growth‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and production line experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick fast and accurately using smart technology to determine quantities.
• Discard damaged items and trash what’s damaged.
• Lift up to 50 lbs daily.
