Job summary

A leading workforce provider in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Full-time Operational Support Driver. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive prototype vehicles on public and private roads to test ADAS features.
• Collect data manually while driving.
• Operate in-vehicle data recording computers.
• Ensure safe operation of test vehicles on public roads.

Skills

Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full-time Operational Support Drivers for an automotive Tier 1 supplier. This position is located in Fort Myers, FL. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Full-time Operational Support Driver position below are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay: $16/hour

• Basic understanding of Windows, MacOS, and Linux
• This position requires a proactive attitude, the ability to learn quickly, and effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Drive prototype vehicles on public and private roads to test ADAS features and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collect data manually while driving, including hands‑free on highways
• Operate in‑vehicle data recording computers, including start/stop recording and minor debugging
• Ensure the safe operation of test vehicles on public roads
• Time management and cooperative development skills
• Focus, attention to detail, and require minimal mentorship to complete tasks
• Ability to demonstrate safe driving in all weather conditions
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally
• Exceptional ability and desire to learn new skills and tools
• Ability to apply oneself to new problems in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting with ambitious goals and timelines
