Visionary Innovative Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced TIBCO Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using the TIBCO suite. The role focuses on scalable integrations, web services, and messaging while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

You will design and maintain BW5/BW6 solutions, build SOAP/REST APIs, work with TIBCO EMS, and handle XML/XSD/XSLT/XPath/JSON data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with TIBCO BW5/BW6.
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and data formats (XML/JSON).
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BW5/BW6.

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6).
• Develop and support SOAP/REST web services and API integrations.
• Work with TIBCO EMS for messaging and asynchronous communication.
• Build and maintain XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, and JSON-based integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Perform unit testing, deployment, and production support.
• Create technical documentation and follow best development practices.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6).
