Job summary

Learning Network in the United States seeks a deeply student-facing educator to engage learners daily via phone, text, chat, Zoom, and email, guiding them through a structured curriculum with timely feedback. This full-time role demands warm, proactive outreach and a white-glove commitment to student success.

You will monitor engagement and progress, provide meaningful grading, support families, and may proctor tests travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education or related field (required).
• Teacher certification and ability to obtain state certifications (required/ongoing).
• 3+ years teaching experience and 2+ years online teaching (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues via multiple channels.
• Guide students through structured curriculum with clear explanations and feedback.
• Monitor engagement and progress; provide timely interventions and grading.
• Travel to assigned testing locations for proctoring (as needed).
