Job summary

Homewood at Plum Creek in Hanover, PA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. The OT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge planning and adjust care plans under physician supervision.

The facility, part of Functional Pathways, emphasizes person-centered care in a peaceful setting near Gettysburg and Codorus State Park. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to direct applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
