Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Toluca, IL. The position offers a competitive salary range and on-site work in a skilled nursing facility.

Must be licensed in the state to apply, with NBCOT certification as required. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with the care team while maintaining regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification is required by state, if applicable.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of residence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
