Premier Therapy in Olean, NY is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our therapy team. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing plans of care, and delivering skilled OT in a SNF/long-term care setting when applicable.

You will educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and complete timely documentation. Licensed or eligible in NY required; SNF/long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
