Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and conditions.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Apply modalities such as range of motion exercises, strength training, neuromuscular re-education, and cognitive rehab.
• Collaborate with nursing, physical therapy, and speech-language pathology teams.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and self-care techniques.
• Document progress and update plans as necessary.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
