Job summary

Functional Pathways is currently hiring at our newest location, The Cedars of Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC, for a full-time Occupational Therapist.

The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in occupational therapy, an active state license, and excellent organizational and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license in OT.
• Certification and licensure as required by state and national boards.
• Completion of required screenings, certifications, and licensure; varies by location.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate residents and contribute to discharge planning.
• Re-evaluate and revise care plans under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure resident-centered therapy.
