Rasmussen University in Eagan, MN seeks a Bachelor’s-prepared nurse to instruct nursing students in a BSN program. The instructor will teach across modalities, provide feedback, and ensure outcomes align with accreditation standards. Full-time on-site role with NCLEX preparation and ongoing faculty activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Active Minnesota RN license that has never been encumbered.
• Active CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• 1 year clinical RN experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Teaching/training experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instruction in courses aligned with qualifications and expertise.
• Ensure all instructional activities and hours are completed per modality and policies.
• Maintain weekly office hours for student guidance and questions.
• Demonstrate instructional presence across modalities and adhere to accreditation standards.
• Support and assess student learning outcomes and NCLEX preparation for the program.
• Attend campus meetings and participate in committees and events as assigned.
