Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care – Kinnelon, New Jersey

Primary Care Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioner to join Kinnelon Medical and Pediatric Associates in Kinnelon, New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to provide care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside an experienced physician and support staff.

The Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population of all ages. The APP will emphasize health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management, while conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with the broader care team.
