Virtua Medical Group in Southern New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Post-Acute Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our care team. In this role, you will support patients and families as they transition from hospital to post-acute settings, managing recovery and complex health needs with expertise and empathy.

The APP will provide comprehensive medical care, symptom management, and emotional support, helping to improve quality of life throughout the recovery journey.

Compensation:

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all clinician roles include a posted minimum base salary. This role offers a base starting salary at $125,000.00. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
