Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner for the Newport, TN outpatient clinic. The NP will evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder, prescribe appropriate medications, and complete documentation per Crossroads standards.

The role involves collaboration with clinic staff and injections as part of care. Active NP license, DEA registration, and eligibility for Medicaid/Medicare credentials are required.
