Centurion Health is expanding in Georgia and seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver healthcare at the GA Diagnostic & Classification State Prison in Jackson, GA. The NP/PA works under physician supervision to assess, diagnose, and manage patient care in a structured correctional environment.

Candidate must hold an active GA APRN license, be able to pass a background check, and hold a graduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver healthcare in a correctional setting.
