Job summary

Marietta Heights Post Acute is hiring a full-time STNA to join a compassionate, patient-centered care team at Marietta Heights Post Acute. If you’re passionate about making a difference and building meaningful connections with residents, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll provide direct, hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, take vital signs, and document care accurately. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
• Previous long-term care or post-acute experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and accurately document resident care.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with compassion.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional care.
