VitalCore Health Strategies (VCHS), an industry leader in Correctional Health Care has an opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse at Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution in New Castle, DE for a Full‑Time Night Shift. We offer the following shift differential:

Weekday (Mon‑Fri) 3p‑11pm $3.25, 11p‑730a $4.75; Weekend (Sat/Sun) 3p‑11pm $3.00, 11p‑730a $3.50; Nights 7p‑7:30a $4.50.

PRN pay rates differ from full/part‑time employees.

PRN staff must be available for onsite orientation for at least 3–4 weeks.
