Compensation is $16–$17 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities include feeding, diapering, soothing, implementing routines, and keeping nursery tidy while communicating

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on infant care experience.
• Strong understanding of newborn and infant routines.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Patient, nurturing, and attentive.
• Comfortable working a 50-hour Monday–Friday schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet all Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency employment and screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, nurturing newborn care.
• Bottle preparation, feeding, and burping.
• Diapering and maintaining good hygiene.
• Following and helping maintain feeding and sleep routines.
• Age-appropriate tummy time, developmental play, and engagement.
• Washing and sanitizing bottles and feeding supplies.
• Keeping nursery and baby areas tidy.
• Communicating regularly with parents about baby's day, feedings, sleep, and milestones.
• Supporting the family's established routines and preferences.
