Job summary

Mistras is seeking experienced NDT Assistants to support field and shop inspections in the Monroe, NC area. This position is ideal for candidates with prior NDT assistant experience who are looking to grow within the nondestructive testing industry.

NDT students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include assisting certified NDT Technicians, equipment setup and maintenance, preparing areas and tools, and completing reports.

Qualifications

• Previous NDT Assistant experience is required.
• NDT students currently enrolled in or recently completed an NDT program are welcome to apply.
• Must be local to the Heath, OH area.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel locally when needed.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in industrial environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
