The Nanny Connection is seeking a compassionate nanny for a delightful 4-year-old girl in the Orange area. The family values a warm, engaging caregiver who supports growth through play, routines, and gentle guidance.

The role requires several years of preschool experience, comfort with developmental differences, and a proactive, patient approach. Hours are 7:30am–5:30pm Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri and Tue 11:20am–5:30pm, guaranteed 40 hours weekly, with pay between $27 and $32 per hour.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience caring for preschool-aged children.
• Experience working with children with developmental differences is preferred.
• Warm, dependable, patient, and proactive personality.

Responsibilities

• School preparation and children's laundry.
• Tidy up the play areas and child's bedroom; load/unload the dishwasher.
• After school, meal prep and engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Practice OT exercises at home on Fridays.

A warm, professional family in the Orange area is seeking a compassionate nanny to care for their delightful 4-year-old daughter. Their daughter is a happy, social child who loves music, imaginative play, making new friends, visiting the park, and swimming. She thrives with patience, encouragement, and a nurturing approach, and benefits from support with some developmental and motor skill activities. The family is looking for a kind, engaging, and energetic nanny, ideally someone with experience supporting young children with developmental differences who will foster her growth while creating a fun, structured, and loving environment. The ideal candidate enjoys planning enriching outings to parks, libraries, children's classes, and other community activities, helping encourage curiosity, confidence, and independence.

Children: One 4-year-old girl who attends preschool Monday through Thursday from 9:00–11:30 a.m.

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Several years of experience caring for preschool-aged children
• Experience working with children with developmental differences is preferred.
• Warm, dependable, patient, and proactive personality.

Responsibilities: School preparation then while at school, children's laundry, tidy up the play areas and child's bedroom, load/unload the dishwasher. After picking up from school, responsibilities include child's meal prep followed by engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. She has OT on Fridays, it is important to practice the things they are doing there at home.

Other adult in the home: Parents may work from home 1 day/wk

Pets: none

Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri within the parameters of 7:30am-5:30pm, Tuesdays from 11:20am - 5:30pm. Guaranteed 40 hrs/wk.

Offered rate: $27 - $32/hr
