Wellthy is seeking a dedicated caregiver in Moraga, CA to support a 3-month-old infant and a 2-year-old toddler in a private home. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekend hours.

Responsibilities include feeding, dressing, nap routines, language development in English/Spanish, driving for errands, and providing daily updates. A valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid are required; a family car is provided for on-the-job driving.

A family in Moraga, CA 94556 is seeking a full-time, attentive Caregiver to assist with their two young children (3-month-old infant and 2-year-old toddler) and support their daily developmental milestones in a welcoming household.

Schedule:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 guaranteed weekly hours)
• Flexibility: Occasional evening or weekend hours may be arranged with advance notice

Family Specifications:

• Home includes video monitoring in child activity areas

Responsibilities:

• Supporting child health, safety, and age-appropriate developmental milestones (language development in English/Spanish, baby-led weaning, potty training, walking, etc.)
• Daily childcare duties including feeding, meal preparation, dressing, diapering, reading, and nap routines
• Planning and facilitating at-home play and local outdoor outings (library story time, parks, museums, neighborhood walks) Family car will be provided for on the job driving duties
• Providing daily verbal summaries and sending regular photo updates to parents
• Child-related housekeeping: sanitizing bottles, preparing meals, laundering child clothing/linens, keeping the nursery organized, and tracking supplies (diapers, wipes, medicine)
• General light household assistance: loading/unloading the dishwasher, emptying diaper pails, taking out trash, and filling the nursery humidifier
• Accepting occasional deliveries and granting entry to scheduled service providers (housekeepers, contractors)

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of previous Infant and toddler care experience
• Valid Driver's License, active auto insurance, and clean driving record
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Ability to safely perform physical caregiving duties and lead outdoor activities

Preferred:

• Bilingual capability (English and Spanish) to support language development
• Experience using child-tracking applications (e.g., Huckleberry)

Compensation:

• $33.00 – $38.00 per hour (Including paid Holidays and Sick days)
