Balance of Nature is seeking a full-time nanny for a private residence in Saint George, UT. The role requires a positive, patient caregiver who can manage a household with multiple children and work closely with the mother to maintain routine and structure.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., a salary of $45,000 annually, and benefits including a 401(k) with employer match, health coverage, HSA, and travel opportunities.

Formación

• At least 21 years of age.
• Previous nanny experience required (babysitting alone does not qualify).
• Dependable and highly organized.
• Willing to learn and adapt to different situations.
• Strong communication with the family, especially with parents.
• Willing and able to travel; must have a valid, up-to-date passport (occasional international travel).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for the children
• Help the children learn to complete chores around the house
• Work with the mother to create and maintain routine and structure in the home
• Drive the children to and from different activities
• Assist the family with personal errands
• Plan and prepare meals throughout the day
• Travel with the family occasionally
• Provide occasional overnight and weekend care
• Perform light housework and laundry
• Assist the children with personal chores
• Assisting the family with event preparations (dinners, parties, vacations, etc.)
