Kensington Nanny in North Palm Beach, FL is seeking a fully dedicated full-time nanny to care for two children, ages 6 months and 2 years. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, with occasional extended hours when Mom travels.

The family emphasizes safety, development, and creating a nurturing home environment. The ideal candidate is experienced, engaging, and dependable, capable of planning creative activities and adapting to a family schedule.

This is a wonderful long-term opportunity with a thoughtful family in North Palm Beach. The family is seeking an experienced Full-time Nanny who will be completely focused on their two children, ages 6 months and 2 years old. Most of the day will be spent caring for the baby. The 2-year-old returns from school at 3:30pm, and the nanny will then care for both children until a parent finishes work, usually around 5:00 or 5:30pm. When Mom is traveling once per month, the family will need the nanny to stay until 8pm for a couple days.

The position also offers excellent benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) matching.Their current nanny is leaving to start a family of her own, and they hope to find another wonderful nanny who will stay and grow with their family.

Duties:

• Supervise children and ensure safety throughout the day
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical milestones
• Follow a daily routine for naps, meals, and play
• Read books, sing songs, and encourage early literacy
• Lead sensory, creative, and outdoor activities
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Keep play areas, children’s room, kitchen, and common spaces tidy after use
• Attend classes, playdates, and outings
• Track developmental progress and share updates
• Do children's laundry; wash, fold, put away
