Job Description

Position: Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in stores, work with sales reps to optimize product visibility, and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, capture display pictures, and ensure products are in stock via iPad.
• Maintain well-stocked brands following Mondelēz guidelines and communicate with management about store issues.
• Follow daily schedules, support seasonal displays, and participate in product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing the brand.

What You Can Expect

• Hourly rate: $15.00 - $18.00 based on experience

Candidate Requirements

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and perform physical activities, including lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Roanoke, VA or Daleville, VA.
• Availability: Sunday-Thursday.
