Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our snacks to life in retail settings. You will stock shelves, set up displays, place restock orders via iPad and Salesforce, and build strong relationships with store teams to keep brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy!

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Cookeville, TN
• Secondary locations: Sparta, TN
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
• Start Time: 7:00am

Salary and Benefits

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience
