Mondelēz International in Renton, WA is hiring a full-time Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our snack brands to life in-store—stock shelves, build displays, and keep products in stock for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will visit stores daily, place orders via iPad, capture shelf photos, use Salesforce, and follow RTM plans while supporting seasonal launches and high-visibility events.

Strong relationships with store staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID is required for base access.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store visits and maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display.
• Order product via iPad to keep shelves stocked and displays current; use Salesforce for ordering.
• Install promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans; follow RTM schedules and priorities.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM team; support seasonal launches and events.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock. Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle. Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.

Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle For a closer view of what our merchandisers do: Day in the Life of a Mondelez Merchandiser

Who is a good fit? Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently. Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed). Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves. Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Renton, WA Secondary locations: Issaquah - Sammamish - Bellevue - Seattle, WA Schedule availability required: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday. At least one weekend day will be required. Schedule may change based on business needs. 5:00-6:00 AM Start time
